A member of the White House staff reading the new Rolling Stone?
Yeah, no kidding, right?
My theory is that you are afraid of high heels…why, on this page alone there are four pictures of monsters in high heels!
Hi!! I love your monsters, they realy inspire me!I just would like to know what kind of paper you use so the ink doesnt make it too wet, and, even more importante, what kind of INK you use to get all those cool effects!? Can you help me?! Great work! just read about it on a comper magazine here, in rio de janeiro!
Thank you so much, Gustavo. The trick is to use very little ink — a few drops are enough — with canned air. That spreads the ink very thin, so the paper doesn’t get too soggy. I use Faber-Castell PITT artist pens, Prismacolor Premier pens, Staedtler pigment liners, Tombow ABT pens, Sharpies (fine point and wedge tip), and Yasutomo Sumi ink on regular old uncoated bond paper. Greetings from California to Brazil! :^)
Afraid? Not at all. I think high heels are an aesthetic marvel. And it just so happens that all the Monsters have amazingly strong arches, so why not walk in style? :^)
Everybody told him the world was flat and there was an end but he was set in his theory of a triangular world. Well I guess this picture proves his theory wrong.
Oh dear, he really shouldn’t have eaten that 17th pickled onion sandwich. Thinking about it, his mum had always warned him that he was a bit greedy…
So it’s a case of brine poisoning? Grim! :^D
